The following terms and conditions apply to all sales from Lots of Pixels Limited (the Company), unless otherwise agreed in writing. Placing an order requires and constitutes acceptance of these terms. You may wish to print a copy of this page for your records.

These terms and conditions may be changed from time to time without notice. Any such changes will apply to all subsequent orders.

Terms and Conditions of Sale

  1. Copyright in the Software remains with the original owners.

  2. Minor updates and bug-fixes to the Software will be made available free of charge to purchasers.

  3. Orders are automatically processed, and are usually completed within a few minutes. However, we do not accept liability for delays in ordering. Time is not of the essence.

  4. A copy of the software ordered will be supplied to the Purchaser, together with all supporting material required to make use of it. A licence to use the software is granted to the Purchaser at the time of purchase. Details of the Software Licence are provided after these terms and conditions.

  5. All software supplied is believed to operate largely as described. However, as it is impossible to predict the environment in which Software must operate, for practical purposes all Software is supplied as-is and without warranty. The Company will make reasonable attempts to resolve any problems that you have with any Software purchased from it.

  6. Under no circumstances will any person or organisation involved directly or indirectly in the development or sale of the software, or any other activity related to the software, be liable for any losses of damages, or perceived losses or damages, incurred in any way through the purchase, use, or attempted use of the software, howsoever caused, or for any other reason.

  7. The contract between the Purchaser and the Company shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the Courts of England and Wales.

  8. If any part of this agreement is not enforceable, all other parts shall still apply.

  9. All sales are final.

  10. The Company reserve the right to change any or all of these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on the Company website and will apply to all subsequent orders.

  11. This document, together with the Software Licence below, constitutes the full agreement between the Company and the Purchaser.



Software Licence Agreement

'Software' applies to all relevant code, data, documentation, graphics, scripts, etc, or any part thereof, that are covered by the Licence. 'Normal Use' means use for the purposes for which it is described, and similar purposes.

The Company, the 'Licensor', grants the purchaser, the 'Licensee', the rights to make Normal Use of the Software subject to the following Licence conditions.

  1. The Licensee is granted permission to make Normal Use of the Software purchased.

  2. The Software may only be installed on a single computer at any given time.

  3. The Licensee may only make copies of the Software for backup purposes, or as required for Normal Use of the Software.

  4. The Software may not be incorporated into another product, re-sold, or re-distributed in any way.

  5. The software may not be reverse engineered, or modified in any way not consistent with Normal Use.

  6. The Licensee agrees to indemnify the Licensor and the copyright holders of the Software against any and all liability or damages resulting from the purchase, use, or attempted use of the Software, or arising in any other manner in connection with the software.

  7. If any of the terms or conditions are violated, then the Licence to use the Software is revoked.



Privacy Policy

Personal information is only used as needed to process orders, and to provide follow-up support.

Other than as required for processing your order, your information will never be passed on to any other organisation. Your personal information is not stored on our server, and we do not have records of your card details. In fact, as we use an established external card processor, we never even see your card information.

In particular, we do not, and will not pass on anyone's email address to any other party.
